It was GREAT seeing everyone at the "after Thanksgiving dinner" at Aurelios....recommend it to everyone, even if you did not "hang" with everyone that attended.....Keep an eye out for other gatherings and Generations Band events....check with Lynne, John or Doug Swanson for upcoming events....
Just home from our mini-reunion in Phoenix. We had a fabulous time! Thank you to all of those who attended, and special thanks to Linda McPhearson for planning, and Nancy (Anderson) Eisner for being incredibly hospitable! Pics will be posted!
First time I've seen this website! Much better than the 'classmates' or 'facemail' hype, much more of personal and private feeling. Hope to attend an Aurelios dinner or larger event sometime. I am coming through this very week in fact, and have the urge to walk through the place where Ridge School used to be, then see about a Dairy Queen, if it still exists. Congratulations to the keepers of the website and thanks.
We had a good time at the H-F "42nd reunion" held at Aurellio's in Homewood- Thanks for organizing the event, and we look forward to the H-F "43rd" This is a good way to soften the blow for our 5oth..... OMG
Doug Swanson and I are conducting regular "mini-reunions" in Homewood, usually originating at Aurelio's and going on from there....every 6 weeks or so. Anyone/everyone is invited...reach out to Doug or myself and we'll add you to the list of invitees...we'll send out notices from time to time and hope you will join us!
I think we will be planning something soon-actually I would love to meet downtown at Millenium ....skate and do lunch after .....well, that's if we can be accident free- or an afternoon of bowling and restaurant after- Otherwise, a central restaurant location would be great, too. How many of us are around the area? I bet we could get at least 15-20.

I still live in the area so a get together at Aurelios would be fine with me - but, if I understand correctly, this website will eventually be shut down - how will this be organized?
I received my order but it was incorrect. The class picture is of poor quality (in my opinion) due to lighting conditions. I will stop by the photogs studio on my next Chicago trip (late January) to see if he can deliver the correct photos ordered.
I hope this finds everyone well and fully recovered from the Holidays. How about an annual meeting at Aurelio's in the summer?
I am still lurking once in awhile - I know the site will probably die after the first of the year. Hope everyone is having good Holidays and everyone is well.
Anybody else still lurking in this site? I keep hoping to see some postings.
Got a Christmas card from Paulette G. yesterday.
As soon as the holiday parties are over, we're heading to St. George, UT for a month.
Hope everyone is well and have a very, very merry one and a very, very happy one as well. KK
The solution to the economy would be for our government to all ow us to take our 401(k) money out without penalty so that we can stuff it into our mattresses in a locked metal safe so nobody can touch it!!!
attending aurileos, the school tour, and the reunion was an opportunity in triplicate to realize what a good life the h-f community afforded us---the memory of some being more vivid in elementary/junior high than high school was a bonus--the only regret was how impossible it was to not recognize one b.f.f after another--on the way home i'm wondering how i still have a drivers lisence-----from the committe(you did so well on this, how about a solution to the economy ?) to the attendees, a big thanks for the efforts and memories....
What a fantastic event! It was great to see so many classmates (going as far back as kindergarden!). And everyone looked terrific. Thanks to the committee for a memorable time, this one will be hard to match. And, I finally got to see the inside of the library (I always wondered what everyone was doing behund the glass). May we all take good care so we can return for the 50th!!
I just spoke to my sister Chris, who let me know abut this great website. It look s like everyone had a great time at your reunion. I will be attending my H-F 35th year reunion next fall, and hope to have as good a time as you all had. I have sent this website address to our reunion organizer, in hopes of putting together a similar site.

Many thanks to all responsible for organizing the reunion, and to everyone in attendance. I had a blast, and am still recovering! I just can't party like I used to....
PS: Please stop downloading those awful photos of me. I don't recognize that old lady!
What an AWESOME reunion!! Thanks to the committee, you all did a great job! It was so fun seeing everyone! Certainly worth the trip back to HF area! Let's have the next one real soon!! See ya when I see ya! Weino

Although I did not make the actual party on Sat night, I enjoyed seeing people on Friday and Sat a.m. The tour of H-F was very interesting - my grandson will love going there (for the equipment room and the pool alone). Thanks to the team that put this together - I know it took a lot of work!!
Wow! A geat big thank you to the core team for making it possible. I had a blast! Thanks also to all those who attended. It was great to see old friends and to make new ones. Stay well and enjoy life to its fullest.
That was great, thanks so much to the organizing committee for all your hard work and thanks to every one who attended. It just would not have been that same without each of you.
